We had an amazing stay at the Colonial Club Resort. Our room was very clean and comfy. The pool area was fantastic and our kids enjoyed the playground. Despite being a bit far from town, the quiet and relaxing location was just what we needed. we highly recommend this resort.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location amongst lush tropical gardens was just perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were fabulous and even offered us an upgrade and late check-out. They were also very apologetic when we mentioned the safe wasn't working, and provided excellent service with car hire, dry cleaning, and laundry. The amenities in our room were great with an electric kettle, cookware, and kitchen utensils, as well as a flat-screen TV and beautiful patio with garden furniture. The leisure pool and outdoor swimming pool were both perfect for sunbathing and the beach umbrellas were a nice touch.

We highly recommend this place to all.

Conveniently located for day trips to nearby attractions. Recently updated and comfortably spacious rooms perfect for families. The pools are a refreshing retreat during the warm weather. Dining options and activities on site for entertainment. Serene and tranquil atmosphere.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, the main esplanade, and shopping centre. In the morning, the plants in the garden started to look better.

The cleanliness and maintenance of the room left a lot to be desired.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with huge and well-maintained pools and beautiful gardens. The staff, always kind and helpful, made my stay even better. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with fresh towels provided daily.

The hotel is located in lush gardens which provide a relaxing atmosphere for a great value. The staff is attentive and provides excellent basic amenities including comfortable lounge chairs in the room. The breakfast is also amazing with gluten-free options at a special price.

Massive resort. Two parking areas. Comfortable and firm beds. Multiple pools. Relaxed atmosphere. Great price. Perfect for families. Friendly staff.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pools were gorgeous. the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was great, with easy access to the Tanks Art Centre and other North Cairns venues. Happy hour at the pool bar was a highlight, with reasonably priced drinks. the pool cafe had delicious food, although a bit on the expensive side. the sandy beach pool was the best!

The breakfast buffet was too expensive, especially for gluten-free options. It would have been nice to have a lighter meal option instead of just the buffet.

Over Easter, we stayed in a resort that had an impressive selection of swimming pools, including one with an underwater cave. They offered complimentary daily room cleaning and a free welcome drink upon arrival. the location was ideal for exploring the nearby Botanic Gardens and Centenery Lakes. We also really enjoyed the tropical surroundings of the resort.

The dinner menu had limited options, and the quality of the food we ordered was not very good.

The grounds were beautifully landscaped, creating a tropical island paradise. We loved relaxing by the inviting pools, especially the option of two. The location in a quiet area allowed us to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The hotel staff were friendly, courteous, and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The Thirsty Flamingo restaurant served delicious meals with generous portions. the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable.

Staff friendliness, prompt room change, good pools, amazing gardens, surprising breakfast, cleanliness.
