We had a fantastic stay in the heart of the old town of this city. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the center and close to everything we wanted to visit. The staff were super-friendly and provided us with helpful and honest information. They gave us great tips on sightseeing, cheap transportation options, and delicious local food. The hotel facilities were comfortable and clean, and the breakfast served on the top floor offered amazing views of the city. The overall cleanliness was excellent.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the downtown area and had a fantastic experience. The owner, Tamim, treated us like family and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The location was excellent, right in the middle of the Citadel and Roman Theater. The rooftop breakfast had a stunning view of the city and the food was amazing. I can't thank Tamim enough for his support and hospitality during our 3-night stay.

We were fortunate to be upgraded to a spacious suite with breathtaking views of the city. The hotel's central location puts you right in the heart of everything, surrounded by fantastic dining options. The vibrant energy of the city is right at your doorstep, making for an unforgettable experience.

It is also surrounded by a variety of restaurants and shops, catering to all tastes. the hotel offers a rooftop restaurant with stunning views. The rooms are basic but clean, with comfortable beds, and the staff is exceptionally helpful, providing great tips and ensuring a pleasant stay.

Some street-facing rooms can be noisy, which may not be ideal for light sleepers.

We stayed at the Arab Tower for our recent tour and it was such a great experience. the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet. the hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the city on foot, with popular attractions like the amphitheater and famous restaurants just a few minutes away. the breakfast room on the top floor had a fantastic view and although the food selection wasn't extensive, it was good enough for us. We especially loved the level of service provided by Amrou, one of the receptionists. He made our stay even more enjoyable and our kids adored him. the Arab Tower provided good value for money and we would definitely stay here again.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the breathtaking panoramic view of the city from the top floor breakfast room. It was the perfect way to start my day, enjoying a simple yet delicious breakfast while taking in the stunning surroundings. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed and ensuring that all my needs were met. They provided great recommendations for nearby restaurants, shops, and money exchange services, which made my stay even more convenient.

One downside of my stay at this hotel was the occasional noise, especially on the weekend of the Independence Day. It was a bit loud, which made it a bit challenging to relax at times.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The staff at this hotel were amazing. They were so friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. They even helped us book a taxi to the airport, which was really convenient. The room was nice and clean, and had all the amenities we needed, like AC and a small fridge. The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown. We were able to walk to all the major sites within 10 minutes. Plus, the free wifi was a great bonus.

The elevator was a bit slow, but honestly, it wasn't a big deal. We found that walking to our room on the 6th floor was actually faster.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with spacious rooms and great amenities. The location was perfect for exploring the city and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The menu for breakfast could have had more variety to make it even better.
