I simply adored the cozy European charm of the hotel, especially the lovely wood-paneled bar area with its array of European beers and delightful schnaps. the ambience brought back memories of my travels abroad, making me feel right at home. the hotel's senior-friendly atmosphere with easy access to the main areas was a lovely touch, allowing me to relax and enjoy my stay without any worries.

The cozy ski lodge had clean rooms with a spectacular view, though some noise from adjacent rooms was heard. The location was convenient with friendly staff. Basic room facilities were quickly attended to, and the bar had a nice alpine atmosphere. the construction noise and lack of parking were drawbacks.

They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, even helping us sort out a payment issue beforehand. the location was ideal, close to everything Thredbo has to offer, from restaurants to bars. the view from the room was breathtaking, and the housekeeping was top-notch. the cozy lounge area and delicious breakfast made starting the day a pleasure.

One area that could use improvement is the parking situation. It would be great if there were clearer instructions on where to park, as it can be confusing.

My recent stay at Candlelight Lodge was absolutely outstanding. The lodge had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere with beautiful chalet-style wood paneling. The bar area was a highlight, offering a wide selection of schnaps and beers from various European countries. The room was spacious and comfortable, with good heating and a lovely view from the window. The staff were incredibly helpful and always willing to assist. The surprise of a free continental breakfast was a pleasant bonus. Despite a few minor issues like a broken shower door and Halloween decorations still up, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the lodge. I would highly recommend Candlelight Lodge for an enjoyable and memorable stay.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices for a room with a view. The location is unbeatable, right in the center of town and just above the square. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are comfortable, with a nice bathroom and a great view of the mountain. Plus, breakfast is included with a view to match.
