Exceptional cleanliness and welcoming staff make for a perfect stay

During my recent stay in Newcastle, I was amazed by the immaculate presentation of the motel grounds and the cleanliness of the rooms. the warm welcome from the receptionist, Nathan, and the thoughtful gesture of allowing my granddaughter to feed the Japanese Koi in the pond made our stay truly special. the abundance of nearby amenities such as a park, shopping centre, and dining options within walking distance added to the convenience of the location. My only suggestion for improvement would be to ensure the comfort of the beds for a perfect experience overall.

A fine stay to rest after an event nearby. Room clean, bed comfy, snoozed like a log! Staff friendly, showers snug but spotless. Price a tad high, yet a decent spot for a short stay. Returned twice, would happily check in again. Cheers!

The hotel had exceptional cleanliness, convenient parking, and a fantastic location close to two clubs with great meals and shops. the staff were friendly and accommodating, adding a nice touch to the overall experience.

The room at Cardiff Motor Inn was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. the beds were dreamy, the facilities were top-notch, and the staff was super friendly. I felt right at home!

Wish there was more cutlery and crockery for self-catering.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the value for money was fantastic, with affordable prices that didn't compromise on quality. Secondly, the attention to detail was evident throughout our stay, from the high placement of the TV to ensure everyone could see, to the well-maintained rooms with enough chairs for our family of four. Lastly, the location was perfect, close to a variety of restaurants and within easy reach of shopping centers. We also appreciated the friendly staff who provided excellent service.

Just had an amazing time at a hotel in Newcastle. LOVED the comfy beds! the garden area was a plus. Would definitely stay again. Even better in person!

Large, well-appointed, quiet, clean room. Excellent location near clubs and dining venues. Friendly and helpful owners. Accessible public transport. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The beautiful grounds and immaculate cleanliness made our stay delightful. Despite a slightly uncomfortable bed, the welcoming owners and convenient location near the RSL and shopping center made it a great choice. The shower was a bit outdated, but the hot water and comfy bed made up for it. The friendly staff, clean rooms, and ample parking added to the pleasant experience.

Spacious family room with modern and clean decor. Convenient location near good restaurants, including a family-friendly club. the staff was welcoming and accommodating.

The foldout mattress was thin and uncomfortable, suitable only for young children. the pillows were not very comfortable.

The location of this budget hotel is great, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. There is an RSL club next door, where you can enjoy reasonably priced meals and a wide selection at their buffet. There is also a Woolworths supermarket just around the corner and across the road, making it convenient for any necessities you might need during your stay.

There is no pool available for the kids to enjoy during their stay.
