We were pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the hotel, with different tram stops just a short walk away. there were several dining options nearby, including a lovely Thai restaurant located on the lower level of the hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable and clean room. The facility also offered a gym with great exercise machines and a steam room, adding to the overall convenience and comfort of our stay.

The room and bathroom were quite dimly lit, which made it difficult to do my makeup or get ready properly.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to all the lane ways around the corner. The staff were friendly and always available. The food in the restaurant downstairs was delicious.

The breakfast options were not as good as expected. The juice was watery and there wasn't a lot of fruit to choose from.

My deluxe spa room was fantastic, with a great-sized spa and steam room. The room was very quiet and the bed was comfy for a good night's sleep. Despite a few hiccups, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

The value for money at Causeway 353 was excellent and the room was beautifully furnished and well-equipped. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to trams and within walking distance of Flinders St Station. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

The menu for breakfast could have had more variety.

The hotel is located right in town and within walking distance to shops and theaters. Despite being down a small alleyway off Little Collins, everything is conveniently close by. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated with lovely big beds. The staff provided excellent service with daily room cleaning and bonus water while breakfast was delicious and an excellent value for the price.

The view from some of the rooms looked onto other buildings, providing no real view at all.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. We were able to walk to most of the attractions and there was a tram stop conveniently located nearby. the room itself was clean and comfortable, with a cozy seating area and all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. We particularly enjoyed the spa bath, which was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring.

The noise from the alleyway outside was quite loud at night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the breakfast provided was not up to our expectations.

Great hotel, very convenient location, just a 10-minute walk to Federation Square. Plenty of eateries in the laneway where the hotel is located. Friendly staff, comfortable bed, and spotless room. Good variety of breakfast options. Corner room on the 7th floor with lots of natural light. Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is in a perfect location in the center of the city with lots of superb food venues around. The staff are friendly and the rooms have all the amenities needed, with a comfortable bed and a big spa bath even though the view is not what was advertised on the site. Also, the breakfast included a toaster, which is always convenient.
