The staff was very helpful and provided us with an ash tray on the veranda for our smoking party member. They also directed us to a convenient carpark for our two cars. The amenities were comfortable and well-equipped. The cabin we stayed in had a great view of the local cricket ground and was peaceful and quiet. It had everything we needed for an extended stay, including a kitchen to cook our own meals. The king size bed was extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed watching the rainbow lorikeets in the trees in the afternoon.

Felt so relaxed, no reason to complain.

I recently stayed at a tourist park on the outskirts of town in Charters Towers. The location was great, close to everything. My cabin overlooked a beautiful park, giving me a lovely view. The room was spacious and modern, with a comfortable bed and a big shower in the ensuite bathroom. The managers were friendly and helpful. the facilities were excellent and met my needs perfectly.

There was one issue with the front desk. The person there was unhelpful and didn't resolve a problem with a car park that I had booked.

Our cabin at Charters Towers Tourist Park was clean and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The location is quiet and the facilities, including the pool and BBQ area, were enjoyable. We appreciated the helpfulness of the office staff, who provided us with local knowledge. we had a relaxing and satisfying experience during our overnight stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The location in shady tropical gardens on the outskirts of town was just perfect. I loved how peaceful and quiet it was, overlooking the local cricket ground. The cabin I stayed in had everything I needed and more. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils, cutlery, and crockery I could ask for. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bird life was also a lovely touch, with colorful rainbow lorikeets visiting the trees in the afternoon. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

Recommended for families.

The office closed but reopened for check-in. The cabin was clean and had all we needed. The water pressure in the shower was great. The beds were a bit firm but manageable. Would return!

Spent a wonderful Christmas here with my family. the beds were so comfortable and we all slept soundly through the night. the pool was definitely the best aspect - we swam almost every day! the complimentary Wi-Fi was a nice bonus, as we were able to stay connected to our loved ones back home. the park was located in a peaceful spot with beautiful views of the surroundings.

The bathroom was a bit cramped and the shower leaked a bit, leaving the floor wet. there was some mould in the shower which was a bit off-putting.
