I had a wonderful stay at a comfortable hotel conveniently located close to Leibig street. The staff at City Heart Motel were incredibly helpful and accommodated my late check-in with a warm welcome. They went above and beyond by providing useful information about places to visit in Warrnambool. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. I especially appreciated the friendly touches like a table, chairs, and a potplant outside the room. Despite a minor surcharge for card payments and a slight increase in price, I would definitely choose to stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, convenient location, and exceptional hospitality.

Had a great time during my Xmas break at this budget motel. the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. I loved the location, which was conveniently close to a café, McDonald's, and a local restaurant that offered delivery service. It was also a great stopover point for those traveling to or from the Great Ocean Road.

The blankets in the room were thin and didn't provide much warmth during the cold night. the room didn't come with hand soap, which made washing hands after using the toilet difficult.

The motel is conveniently located close to everything we wanted to do on the weekend. The quiet location is central to town attractions and restaurants, making it easy for us to explore the area. The rooms are spotlessly clean and offer basic amenities like a TV, fridge, and dining table. The friendly staff provided excellent service, even going the extra mile to deliver a delicious breakfast to our door.

The breakfast provided was delicious, and the location of the motel was perfect, with plenty of dining options nearby. great value for money.
