We were given a fantastic upgrade and it truly exceeded our expectations. The room was absolutely amazing and incredibly comfortable. The highlight was the spacious bathtub where I could have literally swum lengths while enjoying a relaxing bath and watching Countdown. The food at the restaurant was delicious, both for dinner and breakfast, and the cocktails were spot on. This place oozes style and character, and its location in this lovely town couldn't be better. All the staff here were exceptional, providing great service throughout our stay.

Although the breakfast experience was a bit lacking, with a long wait and lukewarm food when it finally arrived, we still recommend this hotel without hesitation. The service from the waitress during our drinks out front was excellent, and she went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the town centre, making it easy to explore and enjoy the bars and other attractions in the area. the hotel is situated opposite a beautiful green area called the strand, providing a pleasant view and a great place to relax. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with lovely bathrooms and all necessary amenities. The staff provides excellent service, as mentioned by guests who received help with their belongings and had them safely delivered. The restaurant offers a good dining experience, and breakfast is also mentioned as enjoyable by previous guests.

Some guests have mentioned noise issues due to air conditioning generators, which can be disruptive during the night.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Harrogate and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious and immaculate, with a large bathtub and separate walk-in shower. The hotel's location right opposite a lovely park was nice to see. It was also very close to the town center, making it convenient for exploring this city. The cleanliness of the hotel, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, were also standout features.

Our room at West Park was beautifully renovated with a fresh and modern feel. It had all the extras we could ask for, like robes, slippers, and a good coffee maker. We were even able to check in early at 2pm, which was a bonus. The location of the hotel is fantastic, being so close to the town center and overlooking a lovely park. The breakfasts were absolutely amazing, with delicious food and friendly service. Despite a few hiccups, the evening meal was also enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel for its great rooms, location, and breakfast experience.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel in Yorkshire! The location is perfect, situated right in the heart of town with a beautiful green area just opposite. It was so convenient to explore Harrogate, with lovely shops and a great choice of restaurants just a short walk away. The staff here were delightful to chat to; they were super friendly, really helpful, and created a lovely atmosphere. Our room was nice and clean, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel also had a variety of facilities, including a sun terrace and free Wi-Fi, which were great additions to our experience.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and fitted to a high standard. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We had a decent meal for both breakfast and dinner in a convenient location for exploring the area. the staff were friendly and welcoming, which made for a pleasant experience. Plus, the hotel had an attractive ambience and clean surroundings.

The absence of on-site parking meant we had to pay for a multi-storey car park. the pillows were uncomfortably hard, and the broadband didn't work in our room.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The cleanliness throughout was superb, with a spotless room and quality bath products provided. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a coffee machine and iron in the room. The breakfast had a great selection of yoghurt, fruit, cereal, and a fabulous cooked choice.

We were celebrating our 5-year anniversary and the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay special. They upgraded us to a luxurious room and surprised us with a card and chocolates. The staff were friendly and the bed and bath were extremely comfortable.
