The resort offered private indoor heated swimming pools and personal saunas in each villa, which was a great feature to enjoy during my Easter stay. the well-maintained rooms were tastefully decorated and provided a comfortable environment. The location of the resort, although a bit far from Taif and Al Hada mountains, allowed for a peaceful and serene atmosphere, perfect for a weekend retreat.

the cleanliness of the place was subpar, with visible dust and clogged drains in the kitchen and bathroom. there were maintenance issues, such as non-functional ACs, low water pressure in the showers, and clogged toilets, which affected the overall comfort and convenience of the stay.

Ideal for families, including young children, with plenty of activities available. a highly recommended destination for a satisfying and relaxing vacation.

The resort’s location is perfect for a quiet retreat. The villas are spacious and beautifully decorated, with private pools and saunas. The terrace is a great spot to unwind, while the underground pool area is well-organized and clean. The reception staff is welcoming and helpful, and parking is available in the outside garden.

The resort lacks a restaurant, coffee shop, or grocery store, meaning guests have to drive to town for food.

Our stay at this resort was unforgettable. The villa was modern and well-furnished. Despite the small pool, we enjoyed spending time outdoors in the well-maintained gardens. The highlight of our stay was the delicious, freshly made pizza from the onsite restaurant. I had a fantastic weekend retreat at this hotel. The location is great, situated in an open common park and close to commercially available food restaurants. The personal service was exceptional, with room service, housekeeping, and grocery shopping service available. The hotel amenities were top-notch with leisure facilities such as a fitness centre, sauna, and pool with a view. The staff were great and made me feel right at home.

The New Year at this resort was a real disappointment. Nonetheless, the complementary soft drinks in the mini-bar and the speedy Wi-Fi connection were positives. the location of the establishment was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and a zoo within walking distance. the outdoor heated swimming pool was a plus point.

The cons overshadowed the pros. the shower in the bathroom malfunctioned, the sink was also clogged and the maintenance staff's service was very slow!
