The staff was incredibly warm and helpful, making

for a delightful stay. Our spacious room was super clean and had good amenities. However, we did notice a slight smoke smell in the hallways, which was a bit unpleasant. Overall, a solid choice for exploring Melbourne.

Great location with easy access to attractions and competes well on price. The indoor pool offered a nice escape and the friendly staff delivered exceptional customer service.

The lift speed was a bit slow which made moving between floors less convenient. The hallways and rooms had a slight smoke odor that was somewhat off-putting.

Excellent location near the Crown Casino and tram stops made it easy to explore the city. The room was very quiet and comfortable with effective blockout curtains. Breakfast offered a fantastic selection of fresh hot food, cereals, and pastries, and was a highlight of the stay. A minor issue with laundry facilities was promptly addressed by the friendly staff. Overall, a great experience, but the TV channel selection could use improvements.

The one-bedroom suite offered a stunning river view, making the stay truly memorable. Breakfast included an excellent selection, with made-to-order eggs that were a delightful touch. While the location near the train lines created some noise, the effective double glazing kept disturbances to a minimum. Staff were incredibly accommodating, ensuring everything was comfortable and enjoyable during the time spent there.

Spent five nights at this place with friends. The two-bedroom river view room was a total score! Super comfy beds and a sweet little bar/lounge area for chill time. Some traffic noise in the mornings, but the location's worth it for those views! Shoutout to the staff for being so friendly and helpful!

stayed in a one-bedroom suite at clarion for 6 nights. loved the excellent location, with free trams around the corner and easy walks to the river. the pool was nice, but needed to grab towels at reception. the room was very clean, and the bed comfortably cozy.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, air conditioning, and a lovely bar/lounge area. During my first stay, the staff shared helpful travel tips that I still remember. I recommend trying a room with a river view. I'm coming back for the new year!

i had an enjoyable stay at clarion! the location is fantastic, right in the cbd. the staff, especially michael and elvie, were super friendly and helpful. i loved the spacious one-bedroom suite with a great river view. breakfast was tasty, and the hotel really made me feel at home.
