Meanwhile, the billiards area was a great place for the whole family to spend quality time together, enjoying some friendly competition in a relaxed environment.

My wife says that the kids' club could have offered more scheduled activities for younger children, providing more organized entertainment options.

Our stay at Ibis was quite comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean and had a modern decor, which we loved. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious and the bed and pillows provided a good night's sleep. Despite a few minor issues, overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

Although the room was clean, we did notice a few missing items that needed to be replenished, and the level of attention to cleanliness could have been better. Additionally, some members of the staff were not as friendly and approachable as we had hoped, and there were communication issues between the different shifts.

I stayed at Ibis for a week during Ramadan. The location was perfect for our trips to the coast and Al Ula. The rooms were comfortable and there was a convenient shop nearby. The hotel staff, especially Saoud Al Harbi, were excellent and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. The one-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-designed. This hotel will always be my home whenever I visit.
