Our recent stay at this hotel was truly a memorable one. the staff were amazing and so helpful, making us feel warm, welcome, and accommodated throughout our visit. the location was breathtaking, with beautiful views across the hinterland, and the peaceful ambiance allowed us to relax and unwind completely. the spacious room with a wonderful view of the bush from the cottage balcony was a highlight, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. Being conveniently located between Manley, Montville, and Mapleton, we had easy access to various attractions and activities, enriching our overall experience.

Although the breakfast provided was adequate and enough to start off the day, having a more extensive menu or a proper breakfast option would have been preferred.

The value for money at Clouds was good, especially compared to other options in the area. The room was clean, modern, and cozy, with all the amenities we needed. The location offered a great view of the sunrise and plenty of parking. The staff was friendly and accommodated our request for an early check-in.

We stayed at Clouds for a relaxing weekend. the lovely, clean rooms offered beautiful views, and the pool, despite being small, wasn't overpowering with chemicals. the location was amazing, providing a serene setting for enjoying local wine and cheese on the balcony. Complimentary Netflix, contactless check-in/out, and friendly staff added to our delightful stay.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still close to everything we needed. We loved being surrounded by nature and having the option to explore the beautiful bush area nearby. The staff were exceptional, always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. The facilities at this hotel were top-notch, from the luxurious spa bath to the peaceful and relaxing swimming pool. We also appreciated the little touches, like the complimentary continental breakfast that saved us money and the frozen meals available for purchase. we had a fantastic time and can't wait to come back.

we had an amazing time at clouds. the cottage was a hidden gem in a lush rainforest setting. waking up to nature sounds was delightful. the king size bed was so comfortable, it made us consider buying one for home. the spacious shower with a rainfall showerhead was a luxurious touch. the kitchen was well-equipped for cozy nights in. with friendly staff and a convenient location, we enjoyed easy access to nearby attractions.

The activities were lit, from the pool parties to the late-night karaoke. Location was sick, close to everything we needed for a great time.

Needed more variety in the evening entertainment options for young partygoers.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I was pleasantly surprised by the prime location of Clouds. The breathtaking views right from my room made my stay all the more memorable. The peaceful rainforest setting of the cabin added to the overall tranquility. The breakfast served was delicious, and having a kitchenette in my own cabin was incredibly convenient. The amenities like air conditioning, heater, Netflix, and fast wifi worked perfectly. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped. Additionally, the friendly and helpful staff made my experience even more enjoyable. With its great facilities and convenient proximity to nearby attractions, I would highly recommend this hotel.

The friendly staff go above and beyond to accommodate guests, offering gluten-free breakfast options and providing assistance when needed. The beautiful view from the room adds to the overall charm of the hotel.

While the staff provides excellent service, some guests have expressed disappointment in the housekeeping standards, with complaints of sticky benchtops and unclean toilets.

Overall experienced mixed feelings. the room was big and had great decor, including a basic kitchenette and the beds were comfortable. the location was also a plus point as it had close proximity to all the places I needed to visit during my business trip. the fast Wi-Fi and complementary breakfast were definite standouts that made the stay enjoyable.

The lack of privacy was a major downside with the reception near the front door, which made me feel uncomfortable. considering the price paid, the swimming pool was a tad bit too cold to use comfortably.
