room was clean & comfy - very close to the mcg for sports events; tram stop out front made city access easy. staff were so helpful - allowing early check-in & offering luggage storage. drinks in the fridge were complimentary - a nice surprise.

Mate, let me tell ya, the grub at Quest in Melbourne was a right treat! Picture this: hearty British eats that could make you drool just thinking about 'em. Plus, the staff were top-notch and gave us a sweet upgrade. And can we talk about the killer location near the stadiums?

Now, fair go, the parking situation was a bit of a snag. Only 3 spots, and no heads-up about prebooking?

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was extremely convenient, right across from Jollimont station and within walking distance to events at the MCG. The service was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping available. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We also loved the sitting area and terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a cup of coffee. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. we were impressed with the quality and comfort provided by this hotel.

Our only minor complaint was the noise from a nearby club, which kept us awake until late at night. However, staff did advise us of an alternative parking option at a nearby business, which was greatly appreciated.

The staff were incredibly helpful during a family emergency. Close to Epworth Richmond, walked to the city. Room cleanliness was disappointing, had to clean hairs myself. No check-in details provided, struggled with sensitive room cards. Great location for MCG and Bridge Road. The rooftop area was a highlight, nice gesture with coffee pods and snacks.

There were some minor issues with drainage in the shower, causing some flooding in the bathroom. there were a few hazards in the room such as a metal lip on the floor which could cause trips and falls.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with a variety of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel is also close to Richmond shops, AAMI park, and three hospitals. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a kitchenette and a nice view from the balcony. The staff were welcoming and helpful, making the stay even better. Additionally, the hotel is within walking distance to popular attractions and public transportation options.
