I particularly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the lovely pool area. the staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any questions or recommendations. And yes, I did have a minor light switch confusion moment - blame it on my Belgian chocolate-induced brain!

The staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent recommendations for tours and dining options in the area. the location was fantastic, within walking distance to the market and restaurants. the pool area was a highlight, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. some rooms and amenities could use a bit of updating to enhance the overall experience.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right at the fun end of Macrossan Street, making it easy to walk to everything in the CBD of Port Douglas. The room was comfortable and had a great outlook. The staff were very helpful and recommended trips suited to us.

I absolutely loved my stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, nestled in a grotto-like faux stone area, just steps away from all the popular restaurants and right in the heart of the bustling city. I could easily walk to shops and restaurants, and even enjoyed the beautiful park area just across the road.
