We absolutely loved our stay at this 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, right next to the park and close to the race track. Not to mention, it was just a short drive from the airport. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with staff providing wonderful service during check-in and check-out. They were friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The room amenities were great, with heating to keep us cozy, and the garden furniture made it a lovely place to relax. We also enjoyed the convenience of the on-site laundry and the tours/ticket assistance available.

We highly recommend this place to others.

The pool and water park at Discovery Parks in Townsville were absolutely amazing for both the kids and adults. The kids had a blast playing in the pool and on the jumping pillow. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this park for a fun family getaway.

The beds were quite comfy and the shower pressure was really good. We were provided with tea, coffee and milk which was a nice touch. the location was also quite central and easy to get to.

The play area for kids was quite run down and dirty. the jumping pillow was really flat, the playground was faded and some of the equipment didn't work.
