The hotel's location is absolutely stunning, with rooms right on the water and a private beach. The swimming pool is large and great for relaxation. The breakfast buffet is highly recommended, with a wide variety of high-quality food. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to explore Agios Nikolaos. The rooms are perfect for families, with ample space and a terrace in the bungalows.

Stayed here on a business trip and was impressed by the excellent service and the quality of the food. the staff were very attentive and always willing to help. the hotel was also in a convenient location, close to many restaurants and shops. the gardens were well-maintained, providing a pleasant place to relax.

The rooms were quite outdated and cramped. the bathrooms were particularly small and the showers lacked water pressure.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel with an amazing location right on the beautiful Crete sea. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-designed, with powerful showers in the bathrooms. The staff provided great service, and the breakfast had a delicious selection. I loved the private beaches and the large pool, and there were always plenty of sunbeds available. Plus, there were many excellent restaurants just a short walk away in Agios Nikolaos.

There were some issues with the food at the pool bar, as the pizza was undercooked and the club sandwich was underwhelming.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the beautiful hotel design, surrounded by nature. The stunning sea view was a highlight. The food options were delicious with plenty of variety. The staff were kind, flexible, and always ready to help.

Staying at this exquisite venue was an outstanding experience. the exclusive amenities and luxurious services were beyond my expectations. the Spa & wellness centre offered the most relaxing full body massages and beauty treatments. the outdoor saltwater pool and the private access to the beach were perfect for a day of sunbathing or a refreshing swim. the restaurant had an extensive menu with delicious meals that tasted like heaven. the room was beautifully decorated and had a private terrace with a breathtaking view.

the staff quickly resolved the problem by providing additional sun loungers as soon as I asked.
