This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. Not only did they give me a free room upgrade, but the staff were incredibly generous and accommodating. The location was perfect, in a quiet area that was still central to everything. I especially loved how close it was to the Nightcliff Jetty. Highly recommend!

Close to city and airport. Convenient shopping center nearby. Good shower water pressure. AC and wifi worked well. Friendly reception. After hours key pickup. Great value for money.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, making it easy to find from the airport and close to shopping centres. It is also conveniently located near a local supermarket. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. Additionally, the pool area and BBQ facilities were a great advantage, allowing for relaxation and socializing.

The soundproofing of the rooms could have been better, as we could hear noise from the adjoining apartment.

When I returned after a short wait, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of my spacious studio room. The attention to detail, like the cute little hand-folded towel decorations, made my stay extra special. The location was perfect for exploring and the added bonus of having Netflix was unexpected but much appreciated. I had a remarkably satisfying experience at Coconut Grove Holiday Apartments and I will definitely be staying there again.

Though the hotel had a lot of disappointing factors, there were a couple of things I genuinely liked. First, the complimentary breakfast was decent and managed to stave off hunger until lunch. Second, the location was central and close to where my conference was being held. Lastly, I appreciated the free Wi-Fi, which allowed me to stay connected with my work.

The negatives far outweighed the positives during my business trip. The room I was given was very dingy, with peeling wallpaper and an overpowering smell of disinfectant.
