For a weekend visit with my family and 2 small kids, we found the hotel to be clean and well-maintained. The room had a nice view of the stream, and it was great to be away from the noise of downtown. The staff provided good service and the breakfast options were satisfactory. We also enjoyed the balcony which overlooked the river, creating a peaceful atmosphere during our stay.

There were a few pot smokers in the hotel which caused our room to have an unpleasant smell on multiple occasions.

As trekkers, our group of friends loved the clean and comfortable rooms, with beautiful balcony views. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job daily. The hotel's location was also great, with easy driving distance to most places.

We felt very welcomed during our stay and had nothing to complain about.

We loved the river view from our balcony and the comfortable beds. The hotel had great facilities, including a microwave and refrigerator in the room, as well as an indoor swimming pool and washers and dryers on the property. The staff at the desk was very friendly and helpful.

We recently stayed at this wonderful hotel for the second time. The staff is consistently hospitable, and the spacious rooms offer a beautiful view of the river. The breakfast was fantastic, and the young lady working in that area did a fantastic job. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Baymont in Gatlinburg for a few nights and had a fantastic stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to answer any questions or assist with anything we needed. The room was spotless and exceeded my expectations. Plus, we had an amazing experience seeing a family of bears down by the river. The location was convenient, allowing us to walk everywhere. In addition, they had free parking and the option to order delicious pizza. Highly recommended!

The motel improved its facilities. Hot water was nice and hot. Nice view of the river. Quiet room despite being close to a busy street. Comfortable beds and good breakfast. 15-minute walk into town with trolley option. Good restaurants and easy access to activities

Best aspects of my xmas stay included the beautiful view and the convenient location. Being within walking distance of the main attractions was a huge plus. the comfortable bed was a delight and made it difficult to get out of in the mornings.

Worst aspects of my stay included the disappointing breakfast. It wasn't anything special and I could have done without it.
