During my recent business trip organized by our director, I had the pleasure of staying at Colonial Tweed Holiday & Home Park in Tweed Heads. the reception staff member was warm and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant check, in experience. the accommodation was impeccably maintained and well, fitted with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. the surrounding facilities added value to my visit, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. Being close to coffee shops and shopping centers was an added bonus, enhancing my overall stay.

The bedding quality fell short of expectations, with a mattress that was uncomfortable due to a significant dip in the middle.

The riverfront cabin we stayed in was huge and surprisingly well-designed, with two bathrooms and loads of space. It was delightfully quiet at night, making it perfect for some chill time after a busy day out. the only little bummer was the absence of a washing machine or dishwasher in the unit, which meant I had to spend more money and time on laundry and dishes. But all in all, our stay was 👌! .

Just had an amazing stay at this cozy holiday park. LOVED the peaceful atmosphere and stunning views. Definitely coming back again. the place looks even better in person!

Enjoyed mingling with more than a thousand birds at a bird garden, got a 360-degree Tweed Valley view, experienced a country golf delight, and loved the saltwater pool.

Delighted by the delightful odor ensemble lingering in the bedding and fridge.

We had a peaceful and comfortable stay at this holiday park. The cottage was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed views of the river right from our doorstep. The beds were super comfy, and the extra blankets were a nice touch. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances for cooking meals, and we loved eating out on the deck overlooking the water. The location was perfect for exploring the area between Currumbin and Murwillumbah.

It was a bit unfriendly that the hotel closed between 1-2pm, which we weren't aware of before arrival.

I recently stayed at a lovely accommodation along the riverfront. The facilities were good, including the air-conditioner, TV, and shower. The crockery and cutlery were sufficient, although we could have used more for three people. The views of the river were breathtaking, just a few steps away from the cottage. It was a peaceful and comfortable location, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The beds were super comfy, and the extra blankets provided were a nice touch. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances, allowing us to cook our meals and enjoy them on the deck overlooking the water.

Although the wifi connection was hardly working, and the property being right under the flight path of planes to Coolangatta airport were a couple of downsides, they were minor issues in comparison to the overall enjoyable experience.

The kids loved the fun activities and games, keeping them entertained for hours.

My wife says that having a playground on-site would have been ideal.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel that provided a luxurious and comfortable experience. The hotel's location next to the river was absolutely stunning. It was so relaxing to have views of the river just steps away from my cottage. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently close to shops and everything I wanted to see in the surrounding area. The service at this place was exceptional, with friendly and welcoming reception staff who made me feel right at home. The cabin I stayed in was the cleanest and most well-decorated I have experienced in a long time. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and the kitchenette had all the necessary appliances, including well-thought-out utensils. my stay here was fantastic, and I would not hesitate to book again in the future.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families.

The location of this holiday park is perfect for exploring the surrounding areas. It's close to shopping centers, coffee shops, and restaurants. the cleanliness of the accommodation was top-notch, well-maintained, and suited for several guests. What I enjoyed the most was the peace and quiet at night that made it easy to get a good night's sleep.

The park is situated directly under the flight path to the nearby airport. the noise from the planes can be bothersome, especially during takeoffs.
