Felt right at home, zero complaints, staff was fantastic.

we had a lovely stay at Comfort Inn. the location was great for walking to cafes and the RSL. the staff, especially sam, were incredibly friendly and helpful. the room was clean and had all the basic amenities we needed. the bed was super comfy, and we enjoyed the fresh milk for our tea and coffee.

Everything was spot on! 👌

I was pleased to find that this hotel had a decent restaurant onsite, serving outstanding meals. The steak was among the best I've ever had! Plus, the location of the hotel is great, right in the heart of the city, close to shops and cafes, making it easy to explore and enjoy Ballina.

Spacious room with comfy bed, TV, and good WiFi. Small bathroom with tiny shower rose. Manager gave us water for the journey. Nice, big bed. Free breakfast and Wi-Fi for honeymooners. Friendly staff, inviting pool, spotless BBQ area with sun shelter. Clean rooms with tea/coffee and kettle. Comfortable and reasonably priced accommodation.

The kids absolutely loved the indoor playground and the daily movie nights with popcorn. the staff was so friendly and made sure our children had a memorable experience during our family vacation.

My kids wished for a larger swimming pool for more family fun.

Great experience during Easter holidays! the room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with excellent shower facilities. We particularly enjoyed the delicious food at the hotel restaurant, which offered a variety of options and excellent service. the location was ideal, with easy access to the town center and other attractions.

the restaurant was unexpectedly closed on one of our evenings, and we had to find alternative dining options. However, the friendly and helpful staff made up for these small inconveniences and ensured that we had an enjoyable stay overall.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the river and main shops. The BBQ area is conveniently located nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious.
