The breakfast at Complex Panorama was a bit disappointing for us. Unlike other hotels we've stayed in, there was no buffet or menu offered. When we asked about options, the waiter mentioned Mekitsa and we ordered it. However, it came without yogurt, only a small jam. We noticed other guests being served boiled eggs, so we asked for some as well. The waiter brought us two boiled eggs but then handed us a bill of 1.20lev for the eggs. This was unexpected as every other hotel we stayed in during our trip included breakfast in the price, even a prestigious hotel in Tsigov Chark.

Although there were minor inconveniences, like the lack of a mirror in the room and unnecessarily daily towel changes, overall we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel is situated on a hill with breathtaking views and our room was spacious and well-equipped.

I had a wonderful two days at this hotel! the rooms are spacious and clean, with a lovely view of the Balkan mountains from the balcony. the pool is clean and there is plenty of seating. Parking is available in front of the hotel and there is also covered parking. the restaurant staff are friendly and attentive, and the breakfast and drinks are served quickly. everything at this hotel is well done and well maintained. the beautiful nature and breathtaking views make it feel like a fairytale.

We had a lovely 2-day stay at Panorama Hotel. The views were stunning, and our spacious room had everything we needed including two flatscreen TVs. The restaurant was a highlight with delicious breakfasts and dinners. The spa facilities were impressive, and the staff were attentive and helpful. The Valentine's Day treats provided by the owners were a wonderful surprise, showing their attention to detail and guest satisfaction. The overall experience exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend this hotel.
