i had a wonderful experience at the comfort inn - from the friendly front desk gentleman to the clean, quiet room, everything was top-notch. the helpful advice on local attractions was a nice touch, and the pleasant ambiance made for a relaxing stay. wifi was reliable, the indoor pool was well-maintained, and the outdoor area with a bbq was a lovely spot to unwind.

The gentleman at the friendly front desk provided excellent recommendations for nearby attractions. Our quiet room, though overlooking a plain car park, was spotless and thoughtfully equipped with quality amenities. Despite a bit of noise, the comfortable bed and great location for exploring art and wetlands made our stay enjoyable.

The property was good, the bed was comfortable which is a must. the room was clean and had a great indoor pool and outside seated area to sit back and relax. the property was unable to provide a cooked breakfast on this occasion but gave us a great recommendation of the Art Centre which was a couple of minutes down the road by car. Will definitely stay here again. the little things like good quality new sheets and towels, decent complementary shampoo, and bedside lights for each person, all add up to make a big difference. Good location close to town center and easy to get to/from highway. Relatively quiet at night. Good reliable WiFi and reasonable price considering the time of year close to Christmas.

Had a wonderful stay at Comfort Inn! The owners, Di and Brian, were incredibly welcoming and provided us with helpful local tips. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The free WiFi was reliable, and the indoor heated pool was a refreshing way to unwind. We also appreciated the option to have a delicious cooked breakfast in our room. The hotel had convenient free parking and we found a nearby Woolworths for snacks. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Benalla.

I had an awesome experience at this hotel! The attention to detail was superb, with beautifully set up gardens adorned with gorgeous ornaments. The newly renovated bathroom in my spacious room was a pleasant surprise, and the basic amenities provided were excellent. The staff were friendly and the service was top-notch. I also enjoyed a delicious breakfast to start my day off right. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations!

Our Easter stay was truly amazing! the staff were very helpful and accommodating to our needs. the rooms were clean and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities provided. the location was perfect, with plenty of tourist hotspots nearby. One of the best things about our stay was the delicious breakfast that was served every morning. We particularly enjoyed the eggs and bacon, perfectly cooked and seasoned to our liking.

While we had a great stay overall, we did have some minor issues. It was a bit inconvenient to have to go down to the reception every time we wanted a drink since there was nothing in the mini bar fridge.

The location is great, with the hotel being close to the centre of town and right across the road from a Coles Shell Service station with a mini mart. The rooms are clean, well laid out, and in good condition, ensuring a comfortable stay. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with friendly and helpful receptionists. Additionally, the breakfast is simple but well cooked, providing a good start to the day.

The pool can be quite cold, even on a hot day, but it is understandable as it may not receive much use.

The beds are comfortable and the indoor pool is a great feature. The room was compact but well laid out, with everything we needed. The wifi is good and they have a lovely outdoor area with a BBQ.
