Had a wonderful stay at Comfort Inn! The owners, Di and Brian, were incredibly welcoming and provided us with helpful local tips. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The free WiFi was reliable, and the indoor heated pool was a refreshing way to unwind. We also appreciated the option to have a delicious cooked breakfast in our room. The hotel had convenient free parking and we found a nearby Woolworths for snacks. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Benalla.

I had an awesome experience at this hotel! The attention to detail was superb, with beautifully set up gardens adorned with gorgeous ornaments. The newly renovated bathroom in my spacious room was a pleasant surprise, and the basic amenities provided were excellent. The staff were friendly and the service was top-notch. I also enjoyed a delicious breakfast to start my day off right. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations!

Our Easter stay was truly amazing! The staff were very helpful and accommodating to our needs. The rooms were clean and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities provided. The location was perfect, with plenty of tourist hotspots nearby. One of the best things about our stay was the delicious breakfast that was served every morning. We particularly enjoyed the eggs and bacon, perfectly cooked and seasoned to our liking.

While we had a great stay overall, we did have some minor issues. It was a bit inconvenient to have to go down to the reception every time we wanted a drink since there was nothing in the mini bar fridge.

The location is great, with the hotel being close to the centre of town and right across the road from a Coles Shell Service station with a mini mart. The rooms are clean, well laid out, and in good condition, ensuring a comfortable stay. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with friendly and helpful receptionists. Additionally, the breakfast is simple but well cooked, providing a good start to the day.

The pool can be quite cold, even on a hot day, but it is understandable as it may not receive much use.

The Comfort Inn in Benalla is a friendly and helpful hotel. The staff is welcoming and the aircon provided relief from the hot weather. The beds are comfortable and the indoor pool is a great feature. The room was compact but well laid out, with everything we needed. The wifi is good and they have a lovely outdoor area with a BBQ.
