During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really enjoyed the spacious and luxurious room with stunning views over the grounds. the bed was incredibly comfortable and I had the best night's sleep ever. the staff at the spa were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. the breakfast selection was also impressive, with a variety of pastries, fruits, yogurts, and a delicious full English option to choose from.

One downside of my stay was the room service food. the club sandwich I ordered was disappointing, with hard bread and overly hard chips.

I had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel like royalty from the moment I arrived. They even discreetly assisted me with a personal matter and genuinely cared about helping me. The food was brilliant and the facilities were fantastic. The location and grounds were lovely, with a nice outdoor terrace and extended parkland for walks. The new garden suites had air conditioning, which was very handy during the July heatwave, and spacious bathrooms. this hotel provided excellent cleanliness, top-notch hotel facilities, and a beautiful location in similar surroundings to other hotels I've stayed at before.

My partner and I recently stayed at a luxurious hotel nestled in a secret garden. The location was truly enchanting, with beautiful outdoor areas to explore. We had the pleasure of dining at both AG's and Reflections restaurants, and the food was absolutely divine. Our room was spacious and elegant, with a stunning view of the hotel's outdoor hot tub. The service was impeccable, and the staff were attentive and friendly. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious options to start our day off right.

That the bar service was a bit slow at times.

My recent stay at Alexander House was absolutely wonderful. We were treated to an upgrade and the room was stunning. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the hotel itself was beautifully decorated. One of my favorite moments was sitting on the terrace, sipping a drink, and watching baby bunnies play in the grass. The spa at the hotel was also top-notch, with a clean and well-maintained pool, three jacuzzis, sauna, and steam room. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. I also have to mention the delicious and warm scones, as well as the excellent massage I received from Cindy.

Great customer service from the staff, all were friendly and attentive. the hotel had great facilities with a variety of spa treatments available. the food at the restaurant was tasty and had a good variety of dishes to choose from.

The pricing for the meals and drinks were quite high and not always worth the cost. Some facilities such as the Jacuzzi and hot tubs were not functioning properly.

Excellent service from friendly and polite staff. A delicious and varied breakfast with a good selection of hot food options to choose from.

Some rooms may be on the smaller side, so consider upgrading for a more spacious and comfortable experience. the restaurant may be more suited for lunch and breakfast rather than dinner, with limited options.

We recently stayed at a beautiful property with amazing spa facilities. the staff at Alexander House Hotel & Utopia Spa were extremely friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. the food was delicious, especially the sharing dessert, and the spa treatments were heavenly. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the gardens added to the overall charm of the place.

We had a great city break and enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the surrounding area. I had the most wonderful time at Alexander House Hotel & Utopia Spa for my partner and I's getaway. The staff went above and beyond to address any issues and were truly attentive. The welcome staff, doorman, and reception team were all lovely. The housekeeping team was cheerful and did an amazing job. Our spa treatments were absolutely amazing, thanks to Zoe and Lisa. We also loved the sweet treats that were waiting for us in our room. The hotel itself was beautiful, with stunning surroundings. The bar staff were friendly and the venue was perfect for our friends' wedding. a relaxed and luxurious experience, perfect for our 25th wedding anniversary.

The facilities were outstanding, with a choice of indoor and outdoor spas, hot tubs, and a beautiful indoor pool. the grounds were well maintained and provided plenty of peaceful spots to relax and enjoy the surroundings. the spa treatments were top-notch, with professional therapists who made us feel fabulous. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of high-quality options, and the hot ordering items, like eggs benedict and smoked salmon, were excellent.

The service did not live up to the same standard as the facilities. There were some delays with our lunch order and a lack of communication about a staff member being unable to attend my husband's massage appointment.
