I had a fantastic stay! The location was conveniently close to all the main attractions in New Ulm. It was just a short drive away, about 2 miles. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the pool area. I loved that there were 40 rooms with poolside doors, perfect for families and kids. The indoor pool was clean and quiet, especially on Sunday nights. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They helped me with my Best Western rewards and even set me up for my next stay at O'Hare. The hotel's connection to the Green Mill restaurant was a bonus, making it easy to grab a delicious meal. the cleanliness, comfort of the rooms, and friendly staff made this a great experience.

The hotel's location was convenient, with quick access to everything in town. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable. The pool was a good size and had great air flow, making it a pleasant place to relax. it was a nice stay while visiting our nephew/cousin at Martin Luther College.

We came for a family reunion and enjoyed a big gathering for breakfast every morning. The hot and delicious breakfast had something for everyone's taste. The young male staff member at the front desk and breakfast area was always there with a smile on his face, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and noise-free. The extra outlets in the lamp were convenient for charging our devices. The hotel's location was also great, with easy access to everything in town. a comfortable and pleasant experience.

While the shower stall in room 131 was wheelchair accessible, the shower curtain was a bit too short, leading to water splattering out and making the floor slippery. The light fixtures in the room had weak blue fluorescent bulbs, which were not my favorite.

During my recent stay, there were a few things I really appreciated. First, there was ample parking available, which was a relief since I had a car with me. Secondly, the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the area, providing helpful recommendations for things to do and see. Additionally, the hotel had a restaurant/bar on, site, making it easy to grab a bite or a drink without having to venture far.

There were a couple of things that didn't quite meet my expectations. there was no guest facility book in the room, which made it difficult to find basic information like the location of ice machines and check, in/check, out times.

Amazing Oktoberfest celebration, lively atmosphere, Narren of New Ulm group, enjoyable Concord Singers, friendly and approachable staff, delicious hot breakfast.
