Some spots showed their age, with firm bedding & slow showers. But, hey, a clean slate cleansed any missteps.

Very kind manager rectified an issue, upgraded to honeymoon suite, complimentary wine, waived mini bar costs, reimbursed emergency hotel. Comfortable bed with electric blanket. Can make tea and toast in room. Clean and efficient. Double glazed windows for quiet. Clean room with all necessary amenities. Friendly and accommodating staff.

The room and bathroom were very clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. We appreciated the convenience of parking on premise and the smooth check-in and out process. The amenities provided were acceptable and we were grateful for the reliable free WiFi. our stay at Comfort Inn was pleasant and we would recommend it.

The hotel is conveniently located just off the Great Ocean Road, making it perfect for exploring the nearby attractions. It is also close to downtown and a major whale watching beach, providing easy access to the city center and breathtaking ocean views. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with some even having a spa for a relaxing experience. Additionally, the staff is accommodating and the breakfast is reasonably priced and delicious.

There was no housekeeping available during our stay, which was a letdown considering the price we paid for our extended trip.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, I was impressed with the level of luxury and comfort it provided. The location of this place is fantastic, as it is just off the Great Ocean Road with easy access to downtown and a major whale watching beach. It was a great advantage to be able to explore the city center and other attractions just within a 5-minute drive.

stayed in warrnambool before, but comfort inn was even better. clean room, comfy bed, and spa bath was a bonus. central location and friendly staff. would book again!

I had a pleasant stay at Comfort Inn. Although the room was on the smaller side, the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The modern bathroom was a plus and there was minimal noise, which was appreciated. The managers went above and beyond to rectify an issue on our wedding night by upgrading us to the honeymoon suite and providing a bottle of wine. Their service and kindness were exceptional.

No breakfast included, small room and wardrobe, limited bench space in the bathroom.

We spent Christmas in this hotel and I must say that the staff was very friendly and welcoming. the location was great as it was very close to shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the fresh towels provided daily.

We had a terrible experience in this hotel. The breakfast was not available during the entire Christmas period, which was very disappointing.
