The hard-working maintenance staff left a strong impression, often going the extra mile, even adjusting the pool temperature for us. the room struggled with damp carpeting, a persistent ant problem, and outdated decor that felt more motel than hotel. Breakfast was a mixed bag—adequate selection, but the pre-cooked meat and processed eggs fell flat. Hallways were dimly lit and carried an unfresh odor, while the noise from other guests disrupted peace. For the price we paid, it simply didn’t meet expectations, especially given the comfort and cleanliness concerns.

This place is an easy drive to Gatlinburg, making it perfect for weekend strolls to explore and enjoy all the attractions nearby, such as Dollywood, which is just 2.3 kilometers away, and the fun Southern Gospel Music Hall of Fame and Museum, about 2.4 kilometers from the hotel; my stay was enjoyable with nice breakfast options and friendly cleaning staff, although it would have been even better if the pool area didn't have such a strong chlorine smell.

The room was super clean and had all the basics like a microwave, fridge, and cable TV. The breakfast bar was delicious, and the view from the balcony was great. Loved the fitness center and that there were interconnected rooms for the kids. Staff was nice, even if not always professional.

Staff were friendly and attentive, particularly the morning host and housekeeper, Amee. the cleanliness left much to be desired. The carpets were grimy, and the bathroom was poorly maintained. Dim, musty hallways didn’t enhance the experience. Unexpected noise from maintenance disrupted sleep, and a lack of proper cleaning stirred concerns about item safety. With so many better options available, I won't be returning. Attention to detail matters, and this place needs a serious refresh.

The location was great, close to key attractions like Dollywood and the Comedy Barn, yet quiet enough to avoid the neon distractions. The balcony was spacious, though I was frustrated to discover I couldn't smoke there. Temperature control worked well, and I felt safe during my stay. Staff interaction varied; while some were pleasant, the front desk could improve on customer service, especially regarding requests for pillows. The carpets needed more attention, and the hallways felt dimly lit in places, but overall, the room maintained cleanliness.

We were really disappointed with the pool situation. It was so cramped that it felt unsafe with our toddler. After just a few minutes, we had to leave because it got too crowded. Not what we expected for the price.

Just a balanced option for a break on long journey in Pigeon Forge with great value-to-price ratio. Hot breakfast every morning.
