Charming, historic building with original features, spotless and well-decorated rooms, superb bathroom, convenient location, strong wifi, outstanding value

Nothing could have been better.

I had a wonderful stay at this motor inn. the location was perfect, allowing me to easily walk to all the attractions in the town. the rooms were spacious and modern, providing a great atmosphere for a good night's sleep. the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure to remember our conversations from check-in. the breakfast served in the dining room was not only delicious but also more affordable than the nearby shops. I was even lucky enough to be upgraded to a stunning cottage room for no extra cost. excellent value for money and I would highly recommend this place!

We stayed at this hotel and were very impressed. The location couldn't have been better, right in the center of town with lots of restaurant options. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond on both arrival and departure. The room was lovely, with great amenities such as free wi-fi, air conditioning, and an in-room safe. We particularly enjoyed sitting out on the patio furniture in the garden.

This place is perfect for families.

We stayed at Seacombe House and it was absolutely charming. Our room in the old inn part of the motel was large and well-appointed, with a modern en-suite bathroom. the comfortable bed and friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. the motel's central location allowed us to easily explore the historic town, with its choice of cafes and restaurants.

The staff members are friendly and provide excellent service, making you feel at home from the moment you check-in. Breakfast is exceptional, with a wide range of delicious options to choose from. The inn's central location makes it convenient for exploring nearby shops and restaurants.

The restaurant was undergoing refurbishment during our stay, so we were unable to comment on the dining experience.

The room was decent and the staff was friendly enough. We appreciated the free laundry facilities and the wifi worked well. the location was great, within walking distance of many attractions and a short drive to others. Having a semi-private outdoor area with tables and chairs was a nice touch.

The kitchen area was very small and lacked basic appliances for cooking, making it difficult to prepare a proper meal. the restaurant advertised on the website was closed, with no mention of it being off-season.

It was equipped with everything we needed. The lady at reception was amazing, friendly, and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The size of the room, along with the spa and ensuite, exceeded our expectations. The dimmer lights on each side of the bed added a nice touch. we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

i had an amazing stay at this motor inn! the room was modern, spacious and super comfortable. they provided plenty of toiletries and even had a great coffee/tea making facilities with free biscuits. i loved that there was a water dispenser near the room, which was a bonus since the tap water in Port Fairy isn't the best. the air conditioner worked perfectly and the ground floor unit meant no stairs to climb. the staff and managers were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even better. the location was so central, i could easily walk to all the shops and restaurants. the gardens were beautiful and well maintained. overall, a fantastic experience!

The location, staff, and room were excellent. The building was beautiful and well-maintained. The bed, bathroom, and shower were fantastic. The breakfast had a good variety.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was small but very clean and came with a shared balcony. The free wifi was great for us as Genius customers. The location was perfect, just a 3-minute walk to the IGA supermarket and the delicious Coffin Sally pizza place. It was also just a 3-minute drive to Griffiths Island. We could easily explore all the Port Fairy attractions, including the beaches near the golf course and the riverside wharf. The hotel also provided plenty of drinkable water, which was a nice touch. Parking was convenient, with plenty of options both in front of the lobby and on the side streets, all free of charge.

No negatives from this place.

I stayed in a charming cottage room that was comfortable, clean, and recently renovated. The bathroom was lovely, and the staff made us feel very welcome. The location was perfect, being central to everything we needed in town and very close to the center of town. It was wonderful to be in the heart of Port Fairy and experience all it had to offer.

The WiFi was not working, which was a disappointment.
