The reception was nice clean and open , nothing looks old and worn out like me. My wife says the beds are the best she ever slept in , we also enjoyed the yummy Club sandwich that made my taste buds shout!

It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable for the experience we had.

However, I ran into some maintenance issues. The toilet in the ladies locker room didn't flush properly at times, and the pool seemed less than clean due to bird feathers floating around, likely from the nearby pigeons. The gym had a lack of cleaning supplies for equipment, and my room drain was slow, which was a nuisance. Even though room service had me ringing multiple times with no answer, the overall experience was still decent—but those are things they should sort out.

Had a fab 10-night stay! The location is super convenient, and the swimming pool is a refreshing delight. Plus, the variety of cuisines was truly a treat for my taste buds!

The buffet could use a bit more love. the cold veg starters were a rubbery mystery. Room service had me dialing more than a love-struck teen on a Friday night!

The room, while modern and comfortable, had occasional issues with noise from nearby activities that slightly affected our rest. Easily accessible location made commuting simple, but it would be great if the lifts were more reliable during peak hours. Still, the outdoor pool provided a refreshing retreat at the end of a long day.

had a great 2-night stay at hyatt place! the cleanliness was top-notch, and the front desk staff, especially shreya, went above and beyond with an early check-in. the location is super convenient and close to everything you need. the rooftop pool was a lovely touch too!
