I had an amazing 4-night stay at this hotel. The location is great, right next to a mall, although not all the stores are fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The front office staff, especially Rishab Kaul, provided excellent service. They suggested local places to visit and try local food. The restaurant manager, Prashant, recommended delicious local dishes, like the mutton Nalli Nihari. Special thanks to Bobby, Rajat, and the guy in the lobby coffee shop for their hospitality. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the room cleaning guy, Siddharth, did a great job. I had a wonderful experience here.

My recent stay at Hyatt Place was a refreshing change from my usual accommodations. The well-maintained pool and excellent food preparations were definite highlights. The friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. Despite a few minor inconveniences, I would highly recommend this hotel. it was a pleasant experience.

The facilities were modern with a great breakfast spread to choose from. The hotel was located near a shopping mall which was a big plus. the pool was well-maintained and the food preparations were enjoyable.

There were some issues with the room, such as mosquitoes in the lavatory and not receiving requested room sleepers. Some engineering problems, such as the WC water continuously flowing and the AC taking a long time to restart, were not adequately resolved.
