The location of this hotel is excellent! It is conveniently located right near a tram line, making it easy to get into the city center of Melbourne. The close proximity to a tram stop allows for convenient transportation throughout the area. Additionally, the hotel offers great views of the city from select rooms, providing guests with a picturesque backdrop during their stay.

One aspect that could be improved upon is the lack of attention to detail in cleaning. It would be beneficial for the hotel to ensure that all surfaces, such as the kitchen benches, are thoroughly cleaned to provide the best experience for guests.

The room at Comfy Kew had a cozy kitchenette that made it easy for us to whip up quick meals. the staff were super helpful and the location was fantastic for exploring Melbourne.

The bathroom was a tad small for my liking, but some might find it cozy.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Kew! The location was fantastic, right in the center of town with easy access to trams and buses for getting into the city. It was in an upcoming area just outside the city, so there were plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing great service throughout our stay. The room itself was lovely, with all the amenities we needed including a fully equipped kitchenette and a cozy sitting area where we could relax. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and the heating kept us warm on chilly nights. We also appreciated the little touches like free toiletries and a flat-screen TV.

We highly recommend this place to our family and friends.

Comfortable and Convenient Stay

Despite some minor inconveniences such as noisy neighbors and limited amenities, my stay at the Melbourne Vivo in Melbourne was overall comfortable and convenient. the cleanliness of the apartment, the security measures in place, and the helpful reception staff made me feel safe and well taken care of during my visit. With a few improvements in noise control and additional amenities, this place could truly provide a top-notch experience for guests.

The location was also great, as it was close to public transportation and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. the apartment provided basic amenities that made my stay comfortable.

There were several negative aspects that detracted from my overall experience. the cleanliness was not up to par, with stained furniture and occasional maintenance issues.

I had the best night's sleep in ages thanks to the super comfortable bed. The big shower with hot water and great water pressure made for an amazing shower experience. The location of the hotel in an up-and-coming area just outside the city was perfect. The staff, especially Ivan, were exceptional - friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Ivan even helped us with our luggage and recommended a delicious nearby restaurant.

The only thing that could make the morning meal better was adding more variety to the breakfast options.
