Clean rooms and a nice breakfast variety. The slow elevators were a hassle during busy times. Family enjoyed the pool area and nearby game room. Parking was easy to find.

I recently stayed at a hotel just behind Old Town in Kissimmee and had a great experience. The value for money was excellent, with affordable prices and attention to detail throughout. The location was perfect, as it was close to attractions and had easy access to transportation. The staff provided top-notch service, and the basic amenities in the room, including the pull-out couch and jetted tub, were fantastic. Additionally, the breakfast had a wide variety of options, including gluten-free choices like bagels and fresh Mickey Mouse waffles. I also appreciated the fresh fruit provided. it was one of the best hotels I've stayed at in the Kissimmee area.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptional and provided the utmost professionalism throughout our visit. They were always available to assist us and were incredibly attentive to our needs. The breakfast they offered was consistently delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from, including mouth-watering Mickey waffles and chocolate chip waffles. The hotel facilities were top-notch, particularly the huge pool and the convenient tiki bar. Additionally, the location was unbeatable. It was within walking distance of Fun Stop and Oldtown USA, and just a short drive away from the Disney parks, Sea World, and Universal Studios. We truly couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

Can't fault anything about it.

During our Christmas stay, we had a great time at the hotel. the location was perfect, being right next to Old Town Kissimmee. We enjoyed exploring the nearby restaurants and shops, and even had the best pizza ever from the Pizza Hut that delivered to the hotel. Additionally, the hotel pool was lovely and provided a refreshing break from the Florida heat.

One of the main downsides was the slow elevators, especially on checkout days. It was frustrating to have to wait for a long time to get to our room or down to the lobby.

I stayed at this hotel during the New Year and it was a great experience. the hotel's location was perfect for visiting the nearby attractions, and I especially liked the fact that they provided a free shuttle service to the theme parks. This saved us the hassle of driving and parking. the breakfast selection was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. I had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this hotel for its convenient location and great amenities.

One thing that could be improved is the shuttle service to the parks. the return times were a bit limited, and they only took you back and forth to the parks without any stops for shopping or other activities.

The hotel's proximity to the old town shopping and amusement area was convenient and not noisy at all. The free shuttle bus provided saved us a significant amount of money on parking at Disney. Lastly, being able to see the evening fireworks at Disney from our room on the 6th floor was a delightful bonus.

This was our sixth stay at Comfort Suites. We stayed for a week and will definitely return. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel has a no-smoking policy indoors, which is a plus. The poolside bar serves drinks and snacks. The hotel has a free spacious car park. The pool and hot tub are open 24 hours and are always clean. The hotel is conveniently located behind Old Town and a short drive from supermarkets and restaurants. Free wifi and a computer in the lobby are also available.
