The room at Comfort Suites Maingate East was clean and staff were pleasant. The suites were comfortable and spacious, just as depicted in the pictures. The provided amenities, including the microwave, refrigerator, and flat-screen TV, made the stay convenient.

The noise caused by service trolleys traveling over uncarpeted areas of tiled corridors was quite bothersome. It impacted the overall tranquility of the stay, especially during the night.

Although the hotel advertises a seasonally heated pool, I found it to be rather cool during my stay. I was disappointed to find no vegetables available at the breakfast buffet.

I also appreciated the fresh fruit provided. it was one of the best hotels I've stayed at in the Kissimmee area.

The hotel was conveniently located close to Disney parks and other fun attractions, such as Old Town. Despite being near all the hustle and bustle, the room was surprisingly quiet.

The bar had limited wine options, but the bartender was more helpful on the second night when he realized I was a returning customer. The drinks in the dining area were a bit pricey.

This hotel is well-located, close to many restaurants and central to many activities. There's a roller coaster theme park next door that's fun for kids. The rooms are clean and comfortable with good housekeeping services. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is filling with waffles, fruit, cooked items, yoghurts, muffins and more. The pool and hot tub are available 24 hours, and laundry facilities are convenient.

It was within walking distance of Fun Stop and Oldtown USA, and just a short drive away from the Disney parks, Sea World, and Universal Studios. We truly couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

The bright parking lights outside the hotel room were a major problem for me. They shone through the windows and made it difficult to sleep at night.
