We had a wonderful stay at this place. The staff greeted us with huge smiles and even offered us a welcome drink, making us feel very welcome. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and great air conditioning. We also enjoyed the complimentary amenities such as the tea and coffee facilities and free Wi-Fi. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the interchange and close to shops and restaurants. we had a fantastic experience here and would highly recommend it to others.

For the price we paid, the value was outstanding. The room was cozy and the newly renovated bathroom was a plus. The location was perfect, with the harbor and Newcastle beach just a short walk away. The staff treated us well, even giving us a complimentary cocktail and dropping us off at our festival. The pub itself was lively and the outdoor garden area was a gem.

The staff at this pub hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, with a bed that was just perfect for a good night's sleep. I really appreciated the fact that there was music playing until midnight, which added to the atmosphere but didn't keep me awake. , the location was great - conveniently located near public transit and plenty of attractions.

The only thing that could have been improved was the hot water in the shower. It seemed to go from scalding hot to cold in the blink of an eye, which made for a somewhat uncomfortable shower experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was comfortable and tidy, and the bathroom was excellent! The location was great, right on top of a beautiful restaurant with great food. It's in a nice neighborhood and is conveniently close to town hall. The staff were super welcoming and offered to carry my bag up the stairs. They gave me an informative tour of the hotel and even gave me a free drink as part of the package. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a busy and popular lounge bar downstairs that had an excellent selection of beers on tap, including local brews. The bistro downstairs had a variety of seating areas, a good wine selection, and tasty meals. The cleanliness of the hotel, including the bathrooms and toilets, was impressive. The staff was polite and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again when I'm in this city.
