As backpackers, we loved the outstanding breakfast and the extra mile the reception staff went for us. The room service was top-notch, offering us extras, and the restaurant delivered our meals with professionalism and friendliness. The chef deserves compliments for the quality of food. We were impressed to find our room clean and tidy after a long day of work. The TV channel selection was comprehensive, but adding the Moja Love channel would be a great addition. The spa was great, the cleaning was quick and acceptable, and the staff was very friendly. The security and porters were extremely helpful.
