The room was fantastic with great facilities, including a posh coffee machine and large bathroom. the bed was superb and very comfortable. the key collection and drop off process was surprisingly easy with a key safe. the hotel's location was central with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

The food was a little disappointing. the sausages and mustard starter were lackluster and not good value for £7, and the burger was overcooked and not tasty.

the suite was excellent, spacious and warm. the bed was comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. the en-suite had a bath and large shower. the facilities couldn't be faulted. the staff were super-friendly and made us feel at home. the food in the dining room was delicious. overall, completely satisfied and would return soon. well done!

The atmosphere in the bar and restaurant was lovely, and the dinner and continental breakfast were both delicious. I especially enjoyed the bacon sandwich for breakfast, along with rolls and coffee. The location of this place is excellent, being in the heart of town. It made it very convenient for me to explore the area and the staff were very friendly and provided excellent service.
