The property was incredibly spacious and conveniently located next to amenities like Woolworths and restaurants. The warm pool was a nice touch. Despite some cleanliness issues and difficulty operating appliances, the central location made exploring Nelson Bay a breeze. The worn-out gym equipment was a letdown, but the staff's friendliness and responsiveness made up for it. The ample parking, clean pool, and stunning view make this the top choice for a family-friendly stay in Nelson Bay. the presence of ants in the kitchen and a non-functional toilet flush button need immediate attention. A special shoutout to Pam at reception for quickly resolving our TV issue.

During my recent stay at Cote D'Azur Resort in Nelson Bay, the awesome location and attentive staff made up for minor issues like ants in the kitchen. the views were stunning, the unit comfortable, and the overall experience enjoyable. Would return for another stay.

LOVED the balcony view and huge TV with DVDs. Breakfast was included. Not the cleanest rooms, but staff was so helpful. Would go back for the amazing leisure facilities. a great stay! .

The database had a great selection of amenities and useful information. It was easy to navigate and find what I needed quickly. the room was spacious with good sized living areas, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

The room was a bit run down compared to others in the area. the noise level was quite high, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The newly renovated Cote D' Azur in Nelson Bay is centrally located, just minutes away from the marina. The staff are attentive and quick to respond. The apartment size exceeded expectations, perfect for families. The friendly staff, convenient location, and amazing views make it the ideal place to stay in Nelson Bay. Shops are right outside, undercover parking is secure, and the pool is clean with plenty of seating and BBQ facilities.

Our stay at Cote D'Azur Resort was incredible. The apartment was spacious, tidy, and had everything we needed. The pool in the complex was a lovely addition and the convenient parking made our stay stress-free. We were thrilled with the proximity to Woolies, the beach, and all the restaurants. It was truly the best experience ever. We will definitely be back.

The apartment had a great location, close to shops and restaurants. the TV had a decent amount of channels and there was a nice view from the veranda.

The apartment was poorly maintained, with worn out furniture and dirty dishes in the cupboard. the bathroom was unclean and smelled bad.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better, with everything within walking distance. It was so convenient to have the town center, the harbor, and the beaches all right here. The service was excellent, with the staff at the reception desk always ready to help. The room amenities were top-notch, including the ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. We also appreciated having tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, and a dining table. The patio was a lovely touch, and the free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus. Plus, the garden furniture added a nice touch to the ambiance.

All in all, we highly recommend this hotel to families. It was a great place to stay with excellent amenities and a helpful staff.

Well equipped and stylishly furnished apartment, offering great value for money. Mild winter weather with lots of nearby activities. Supermarket and liquor stores a two-minute walk away, making self-catering easy.

Felt very much at home, no complaints.
