The hotel's location was ideal for our family Christmas gathering and the renovated rooms were spacious, clean and well-equipped. the complimentary items including coffee and toiletries added to our comfort. the breakfast was of a high standard and the staff were all friendly and responsive.

Our dining experience was let down by slow service and overpriced food. We had to wait a long time for drinks and food, and some of the orders were not what we had requested.

I've stayed at Falcon multiple times now and the staff never fail to impress me. They are incredibly helpful and go above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable. One evening, we were a bit chilly and called reception for help with the radiators. Within minutes, a staff member came to adjust the temperature and even offered a portable radiator. They followed up multiple times to ensure we were warm and content. The breakfast options were excellent and the hotel is perfectly located in a beautiful village surrounded by countryside.

I recently stayed at The Falcon Hotel for a weekend getaway. The whole experience was fantastic, from the excellent meet and greet by a lovely young lady on arrival, to the incredibly comfortable beds. The staff, particularly Fran, were amazing and made me feel very welcome. The hotel has been beautifully refurbished and the food in the restaurant was fantastic. The views from the hotel were stunning, and I loved being able to use the hotel bikes during my stay. a truly memorable experience.

I got great value for my money at the Falcon! The room was super cozy and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The location was perfect - surrounded by beautiful scenery. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable.

My husband and I stayed at Falcon for our honeymoon and were blown away by the room, bed, balcony, and view. The option of a bath and shower was a nice touch, and breakfast in bed was an exceptional experience. The staff went above and beyond, promptly adjusting the radiators and providing a portable heater for extra warmth. The warm welcome, spotless room, and comfortable bed made our stay perfect. The stylish bar area and excellent service added to our experience. We would 100% visit again. Thank you to all the staff!
