The coffee was amazing, the bed and pillows as comfortable as sleeping on a cloud, and the spa bath truly wonderful. the kind reception and under cover carport parking added to the charm. the pool and garden area offered relaxation, while nearby landmarks like Round Hill Lookout and the Gladstone Maritime Museum enriched our family bonding experiences.

Staying at this hotel was such a pleasant experience! the staff were amazing and super friendly, making us feel right at home. the housekeeping was top-notch, ensuring our room was always clean and cozy. We loved the in-room breakfast options and the fact that the hotel had a snack bar for late-night cravings. the garden area added a nice touch to the ambiance, making it feel like a little oasis in the city. While the motel could use an update, everything was as expected and advertised. The location is a bit expensive, but the convenience of being in the middle of Gladstone makes up for it.

Lastly, in-room tea and coffee provisions were plentiful.

Not impressed that there was no hairdryer provided, it´s an important amenity at any hotel. the lack of multiple pillow choices was uncomfortable.
