Our stay at Shangri-La was an oasis of tranquility. the lush gardens and friendly orchard tour made us feel connected to nature. Although Wi-fi was a challenge, the peaceful ambience and clean rooms made up for it. Overall, I'll recommend this hotel.

Great location in a beautiful historic building with lovely grounds. the rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and chairs. the breakfast is fantastic, served by friendly staff. the organic garden and orchard are a highlight, with an informative private tour available.

The pool is no longer operational, only a water feature. Some rooms lack amenities such as WiFi and daily housekeeping.

During my three and a half week stay at this resort in a cold, refreshing setting, I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful gardens and grounds meticulously maintained by Miguel and his team. the organic garden tour by the enthusiastic staff member was a highlight, showcasing a genuine love for the earth. Breakfast, served by the kind and attentive Pam, was a delightful experience, offering organic eggs and mouth-watering banana pancakes. the tranquil atmosphere, delicious coffee, and snacks on arrival added to the overall appeal of the stay.
