The location was perfect, right in front of the spectacular ruins of Uxmal. We could easily walk to the Uxmal ruins and even to the Choco Story museum. The hotel facilities were great, with beautiful gardens and pools. The rooms were extremely clean and cozy, with luxurious bathrooms. The staff was excellent, providing superb service and being very friendly and helpful. We especially want to thank Luis for taking such good care of us.

Everything is what I need and want.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel just outside the Mayan ruins in Uxmal. The location was perfect, as it was opposite the entrance to the ruins. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially Luis who went above and beyond to make my stay special. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the beautiful grounds added to the overall peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

The Lodge at Uxmal offers immaculate grounds, an inviting pool, and beautiful rooms. The staff, especially Concierge Luis and personal assistant Luis Felipe, are friendly, helpful, and provide excellent service. The Maya breakfast experience allows guests to understand the culture more fully and participate in traditional activities.

We stayed at The Lodge At Uxmal for a few nights during our visit to the Mayan ruins. The room was lovely, with thoughtful touches like fresh flower petals on the bathroom towels. The grounds were well-maintained and provided a serene environment to relax in. The restaurant had a great selection of food, and we enjoyed watching a young woman make handmade tortillas. Luis, the Customer Service Manager, went above and beyond to make our stay special, even treating us to a traditional Mayan breakfast while sharing fascinating stories. a fantastic experience.

The Lodge at Uxmal welcomed me with open arms, providing a serene and comfortable environment for seniors like myself. The charming decoration of the hotel, with its beautiful terraces and rocking chairs, created a warm and homely atmosphere. The general areas were well-maintained, and the accessibility throughout the hotel was excellent, making it easy for me to navigate and enjoy the facilities.

If only the children working there could provide more assistance for senior guests.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location couldn't be better, as it is right next to the Uxmal ruins and a short distance from the Choco Story museum. I was able to visit the ruins in the morning, relax by the pool with a refreshing pina colada, and then explore the museum later in the day. The hotel also has a restaurant with incredibly delicious food, including authentic Mayan dishes. The staff at the hotel were absolutely wonderful, always smiling, friendly, and eager to help. They made my stay unforgettable.

the staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. the location was perfect for exploring the nearby ruins, and the grounds were beautiful. Our room was clean and comfortable, with ample hot water and a coffee maker. the food at the restaurant was excellent, and the service was top-notch. We especially want to commend Luis Cham, the concierge, for his kindness and exceptional assistance. He truly made our stay memorable. We hope to have the opportunity to visit again in the future.

Nothing not too like.

We spent 3 wonderful days at a quiet retreat surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens and tropical surroundings. The Lodge is conveniently located just across from the breathtaking Uxmal ruins and the Choco museum. The staff were attentive and made our stay unforgettable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a lovely view of the iguanas roaming the grounds. The restaurant served high-quality food, including a delicious buffet lunch. We enjoyed exploring the deep forest of Uxmal and immersing ourselves in Mayan culture.

The staff's English language skills and level of helpfulness could be improved.

The hotel facilities are excellent, with two large swimming pools and beautiful grounds to explore. I especially loved seeing the iguanas roaming around everywhere in the jungle-like setting. The location is perfect, very close to the Uxmal pyramids, making it easy to visit them multiple times. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

The Lodge at Uxmal offers a fantastic location near the archaeological site, making visiting Uxmal and other local sites much more manageable. The staff, including Luiz, Victor, and Irma, are kind and helpful, providing excellent service and even sharing their knowledge of Mayan heritage. The delicious Mayan breakfast prepared by Luiz was a delightful experience. The lodge also offers a unique opportunity to take a ride in an old Landrover through the old plantation, adding to the overall charm of the stay. The lodge has a rich history and has been visited by important people, such as Che Guevara, which adds to its appeal and makes it even more fascinating.
