As party people, we loved the lively atmosphere and vibrant nightlife at the hotel. The pool and beds were perfect for relaxing and recovering after a long night out.

Our stay at Crown Promenade was worth every penny. The room was fantastic and the hotel's location was perfect. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our entire stay.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the Southbank and Southgate precinct, as well as being conveniently close to the main CBD and within walking distance of all the best bars, restaurants, and shopping areas. The beautiful environment and stunning views of the city and the Yarra River added to the overall experience. The room was well-appointed and impeccably clean, and I particularly loved the large window and sitting area. The comfortable bedding and high-quality linen made for a restful night's sleep, and the pillows were just right, providing the perfect balance of softness and support.

Despite my overall positive experience, there was a slight hiccup with the service. The staff at check-in seemed unprofessional and unwelcoming, which was a bit off-putting.

The hotel boasts a great location, within walking distance of South Bank's restaurants and shops. Guests can easily catch a taxi to the nearby tennis centre from the river. The room is spacious and clean with comfortable bedding. The shower has strong water pressure, and breakfast is amazing with plenty of options. The hotel staff is welcoming and reliable.

The hotel could do better with providing more toiletries in the rooms.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room, which was clean and spacious, had a comfortable bed and a great view. The staff welcomed us warmly and even provided us with bottled water for our late-night arrivals. The hotel's location was perfect, with plenty of nearby restaurant options and easy access to the casino. It was the ideal place for our celebratory Hens Party and we would definitely stay here again. The front of house staff was attentive and the dining experience was wonderful, creating a nice atmosphere. Additionally, the location made it easy for us to walk to the river and catch a taxi to the tennis center.
