The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the cleaning staff was honest. The rooms were spacious and the pool and hot tub were large. Great amenities for families with kids.

Additionally, the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, making the check-in process quick and easy.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Right down the road from where I wanted to be, it had a decent-sized parking lot and the room was comfortable. The location was great, close to shops and downtown, making it easy to get around. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the cleaning staff was very honest. I accidentally forgot an expensive pair of boots, and they kept them safe at the front desk until I returned.

The King Suite was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a cozy fireplace and lovely view. The large whirlpool tub was a great addition. Friendly staff, good breakfast, and delicious cookies and coffee available all the time. I would stay here again.

We had an easy check-in and check-out process with very friendly staff. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The hotel had a nice pool area and we enjoyed a great massage and facial at the spa. The breakfast offered many choices and the hotel had a convenient location close to shops and a restaurant we wanted to visit.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The desk staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They changed my room to the first floor without any difficulty, which was great for me since I use a cane. The room itself was exactly like the pictures advertised - nice and comfortable. I loved that it had a patio door, so I could easily take a walk to the pond and enjoy the scenery. The cleanliness of both the room and bathroom was impeccable, making my stay even more pleasant. this motel-like hotel located just west of the city had all the amenities I needed and provided a quiet and peaceful environment.
