The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The mini-bar in the room was stocked with a good variety of options. The turndown service in the evening was a nice touch, making me feel pampered and relaxed. the quality of service and the comfort provided here was excellent.

This is a minor issue that shouldn't deter families from choosing this hotel. In fact, I highly recommend this venue to families who are looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with excellent service.

The hotel has an excellent location in a bustling waterfront area with many remodeled warehouses and is near the convention center. Guests can easily attend events at The Exchange on the pier. Rooms are well-appointed, spacious, and clean with great attention to detail, and the bathrooms are modern and tidy. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the breakfast in the concierge lounge provides decent options to start the day. Another plus is the lap pool for guests who enjoy swimming.

One downside is that there aren't many quick-bite eating options in the area around the hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Boston and had a great experience. the staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. One of the best aspects of the hotel was its location. It was conveniently located near the conference I was attending, making it easy for me to get to and from the event. Additionally, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast in their restaurant, which was a great perk to start my day off right.

There were a couple of things that I didn't like about the hotel. the check-in process took longer than expected.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel located on the Waterfront near plenty of restaurants and bars in South Boston. The location was ideal, with everything within walking distance and the seaport just a stone's throw away. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and we were treated to a lovely view. The hotel facilities, although we didn't use them, were clearly popular for weddings and parties. The staff, particularly the nighttime manager and staff on 6-30-23, were exceptional. They were kind and accommodating, waiving some fees and allowing us to have a late check-out for our convenience. The breakfast menu was also very good, offering a variety of choices.
