room was clean, comfy, and had nice touches like a separate pool towel. staff were amazing, even called when i left my phone behind. can't wait to go back!

I had a great stay at this hotel. the room was clean, well-presented, and had a comfortable bed. We got the room we wanted, facing the ranges, and it was on the top floor. I enjoyed relaxing on the balcony in the afternoon before going out for dinner and cocktails. the included breakfast was delicious, and I liked the relaxed atmosphere at the restaurant. the pool and heated spa were a perfect way to unwind after playing sports, and the gym was a bonus. the staff were helpful and accommodated all our requests.

I had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza. The swimming pool was awesome and the facilities were clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing me to enjoy the pool even after checkout. The reception was excellent and they quickly resolved any issues. The bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing. I loved the shampoo and conditioner provided. The overall feel of the resort was great, with well-maintained grounds and a clean pool area. The restaurant staff were good, although a faster cocktail service would be a plus.

Our two stays at the hotel were enjoyable. the rooms were clean but a bit outdated. the staff, especially Ashley, were extremely pleasant and helpful. the pool was nice, although the pool bar could offer a better selection of food and beverages. the included breakfast was great, and we enjoyed the short stroll to the restaurant each morning. the pool and heated spa were a perfect way to relax after our sport activities. the staff accommodated every request, and the gym was a great bonus. the wifi was also exceptional and included.

One of the staff members at reception was unwelcoming and did not provide the usual information and greetings upon check-in and check-out. The corridors were also a bit messy with bits of rubbish lying around.

The resort offers an impressive pool and spa area with multiple dining options and even a casino. The rooms are comfortable with elevator access and there is a convenient laundry facility. The bed and pillows are comfortable, and the balcony is a nice touch. a safe and enjoyable stay.

Complimentary buffet breakfast, spacious modern Junior suite upgrade, great pool and spa, lovely Aboriginal art in rooms.
