We enjoyed our New Year's stay at a lodge in Olympic Valley, Squaw Valley. The location was perfect, with easy access to dining and shopping options within walking distance. The spacious unit with a full kitchen was a great advantage, allowing us to cook our meals. Additionally, the friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

There were a couple of drawbacks. our refrigerator was broken, and despite contacting the front desk early in the morning, no one came to fix it.

The location of this resort is fantastic! It is surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty and there are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. One of the best aspects is that it is conveniently located near the start of a popular endurance run, making it perfect for athletes participating in the event. Additionally, the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a good-sized kitchen that has all the necessary utensils.

One of the worst aspects of my stay was the misleading information provided by the staff. I had booked a specific type of room, only to find out upon check-in that it was not as advertised.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfect, nestled in the mountains, with spectacular views all around. We particularly enjoyed the tennis court and hiking trails nearby. The service was top-notch, with staff always available to assist us. The laundry service was also a great bonus, and we appreciated the free wi-fi, too. The room itself was cozy and comfortable, with plenty of amenities like a terrace, tea and coffee facilities, and a dining table. We even had access to a beautiful garden area, complete with pool and jacuzzi.

Luxurious lodge, excellent views, beautiful hiking, friendly staff, great restaurants, relaxing spa.

Our stay at Palisades Tahoe Lodge was a great value for the money. The room was comfortable and the kids had a blast exploring it. The location was perfect, with plenty of food options within walking distance and the convenience of being right on site for the Spartan race. The staff, especially Matt, were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast experience could have been better with more variety and options.

I had a wonderful stay at a lodge in the heart of the Squaw Valley base area. The location was ideal, and I loved the convenience of covered parking. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and it was nice to have a kitchenette in the room. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing extra blankets when we needed them. The indoor and outdoor hot tubs were a great way to relax after a long day. I had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect for skiing, just a short walk to the lifts. Our studio had a full kitchen which was great for cooking meals and the staff kept it clean every day. Despite some noise outside the door, we had a comfortable stay and overall I'd recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at the Palisades Tahoe Lodge for a week-long ski trip. The accommodations were incredible, with a fully equipped kitchen that had everything I needed to entertain guests. The free parking was a huge plus, and although there was no hot tub available, the clean and comfortable bed made up for it. The location was perfect, with beautiful views and just a short walk to the lift. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing assistance with planning and recommendations for restaurants and ski rentals. I highly recommend staying here for a fantastic vacation experience.

This hotel provided great value for money, considering its location in the mountains. The rooms, with their queen-size beds, were comfortable and well-maintained. Additionally, having the option to prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen was a convenient feature.

We were able to walk to the nearby village with multiple places to eat, and the bike trail was conveniently close by. Plus, Tahoe City was just a short drive away.

This lodge is your go-to spot for an unforgettable time! Located next to awesome hiking trails, and so close to everything you need in the area, the lodge is perfectly situated. You should sure ride bikes from the hotel up along the river. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with an incredible view! The facilities are top-notch, with a lovely pool and all amenities you might need in your stay.
