The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. The reception employee who welcomed me was professional, helpful, and welcoming. The location was great with easy access to public transport. I had a fantastic stay.

We had a great stay at Crowne Plaza. the hotel's location was perfect for us, and the staff did their best even though they were short-staffed. the breakfast was fantastic, and we loved the fresh and clean room. Having a little balcony was a nice touch, and we appreciated the environmentally-friendly approach of providing refillable bathroom products instead of plastic bottles. the room was spacious enough for our party of four, and we were pleased to find earl grey tea bags and complimentary water bottles. the pool area was fabulous, and our girls enjoyed the spa. the room service club sandwich was delicious, and the waiter was friendly and polite.

The corner room we stayed in had breathtaking ocean views, and the spaciousness was a huge plus. The breakfast room-service was by far the best I've had in years, and the buffet breakfast was excellent. The tram right outside the hotel made it incredibly convenient to explore Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach. I highly recommend this hotel.

Located near many activities, this hotel provides convenient access. There are many dining options including the Four Winds 360 revolving restaurant. The undercover area provided is great. The beds are comfortable, and the staff is always helpful and courteous. While the reviews mentioned that breakfast was hit or miss, the delicious options at the buffet make up for this. The bathrooms are always clean.

The walls can be thin, leading to noisy nights especially if neighbors are on the balcony late.

The location of this hotel was perfect for us as it was centrally located, making it a quick and inexpensive taxi ride into Cavill Ave for dinner. Additionally, being on the main drag, it was convenient for us to travel up and down the coast for work. The staff at the reception, concierge, and restaurant were excellent, providing top-notch service. One highlight of our stay was the buffet breakfast, which was one of the best we've ever had.

We had a great time during our Christmas stay. the breakfast and dinner were complimentary, which was a nice surprise. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and some great shopping areas. We also enjoyed the outdoor spa, it was super relaxing and a great way to unwind after a day of exploring.

The bed was uncomfortable and really affected our experience. We both woke up with stiff necks and backs, which made the trip home quite painful.
