The reception staff at Crowne Plaza were excellent and provided helpful guidance throughout my stay. They were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome right from the start. Additionally, the hotel's facilities were fresh and modern, with a comfortable and well-presented room. The location of the hotel was also great, conveniently situated in a prime area. I appreciated the flexibility they showed by accommodating my request for an early check-in and a late check-out.

I did encounter a couple of minor inconveniences during my stay. the air conditioning in my room was quite noisy, which was unexpected considering the hotel's newness.

The room was clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. the breakfast was excellent, with made, to, order options and a buffet table offering pastries and fruit. the staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us during our breakfast reservation, even when we had a scheduling conflict. the location was convenient, just a short walk from shops and restaurants. Additionally, the hotel provided great amenities like a pool and gym that we unfortunately discovered too late.

We were disappointed with the lack of city views despite paying extra for them. Our room overlooked a large building in front of us instead.
