I entered the air-conditioned apartment just as the sun began to set, casting a warm glow over the spacious living room. Despite the broken cloth drying rack, the helpful staff and modern amenities truly made this a comfortable retreat amidst the vibrant city. A single glance at the fully equipped kitchen with its dishwasher had me feeling right at home, and I knew that I was in for a delightful stay.

The central location of this hotel truly stands out. It's just a short walk to great city areas and offers a variety of nearby restaurant options. the comfort and luxury of the apartment we stayed in was exceptional. the staff was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. the outdoor facilities, like the rooftop pool and sun terrace, were perfect for relaxing, and we enjoyed having breakfast in the outdoor dining area on our second morning.

One aspect that could be improved is providing clearer directions on accessing the room, as we had a bit of trouble finding our way initially. it would be beneficial to have better communication regarding key codes and ensuring all amenities in the room are fully functional ' convenience.

Convenient Location and Excellent Service

We recently stayed at a well-located apartment block in Townsville. Our one-room apartment was a bit snug, but it was well-appointed and very clean. The staff at the apartment block were incredibly friendly and supportive. We were impressed by the excellent building security and loved having easy access to the rooftop pool and BBQ area. The apartment's close proximity to the city centre was a bonus, and we found the price to be very reasonable considering the quality and location.

The location of the apartments is great, as it is close to the city center and main areas. It is also conveniently located near the Strand and the resort hotel area on the other side of the river. This makes it easy to access everything we needed during our stay.

The lack of window coverings in the lounge area made the room quite glary.

I also enjoyed the leisure swimming pool and the sun terrace, which provided a great place to relax and unwind.

I have to say, the apartment was starting to look a bit tired and could use some updates. However, this did not detract from the overall comfort and quality of my stay.

The apartment we stayed in was quite neglected and in need of a deep cleaning. the sofa was stained, the kitchen was dusty, and the living room roller blind was broken which meant the early morning sun woke us up.
