The sparkling clean rooms were nicely decorated, and the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The owner's love for the property was evident in its meticulous maintenance, creating a fresh and inviting atmosphere. The gas fireplaces in the common family room and our bedroom suite added a cozy touch. Meeting repeat guests confirmed that we'll be returning too. Highly recommend!

This hotel was the perfect weekend escape! The included breakfast had a great variety of options, including fresh fruits, yogurt, and eggs. Plus, being able to use the private beach and their beach facilities was so convenient. The location was amazing, with stunning views of the ocean and a short walk to the town's shops and restaurants. We loved the quiet and peaceful atmosphere compared to other lively places on Cape Cod.

The only downside was the limited breakfast hours, starting at 8:00 a.m., and the sparse offerings. It would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room for early risers.
