Recently renovated room with new comforts - mini refrigerator, Keurig coffee machine, microwave, big TV, tall table. Enjoyed eating outside at the Tiki Hut, delicious food. Band played on Sunday, great Florida vibe. Large living room with kitchen, convenient for family. Friendly and hardworking staff, overall nice experience.

The king suite was spacious with a large living room and bedroom, and a full kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker. The original tiles and cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom added a unique touch of mid-20th century charm. The location was perfect, close to the Bridge of Lions and the lighthouse, with plenty of restaurants nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at this vintage-style motel nested within a modern marine resort. The personal attention on check-in and parking was exceptional. The cozy and modern rooms ensured a great night's sleep. The marina location with outside dining and a lounge off the dock was a perfect addition to our stay. The bartender at the Tiki bar/lounge was extremely friendly, adding to the enjoyable experience. The cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the outstanding service at the on-site restaurant made our stay truly outstanding.

We recently stayed at a hotel in a coastal city in Northern Florida. The location was great since it was right on the beach, giving us a chance to take a walk by the water. Additionally, we could easily reach the historic district which we explored the next morning. The room was clean and neat, and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay.

We found it challenging to relax at night since the window blinds offered little privacy and the noisy facility lights shone through.

The Conch House Marina Resort exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, hotel facilities, and location. The room I stayed in was essentially a 1-bed, 1-bath apartment with separate living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bath. It was very clean and well-maintained. The pool area was also very nice and provided a great atmosphere. I enjoyed walking around the marina and seeing the boats, as well as catching glimpses of the lighthouse. Additionally, the hotel's restaurant and lounge were a fantastic convenience, adding to the overall experience. The location of the hotel was also excellent, close to downtown as well as the beach, making it easy to explore the area.

We stayed at this cute hotel near the waterfront and had an amazing experience! The location was perfect for us, very close to the centre of town and the beach. Our room was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed including a Keurig coffee maker which made our mornings so much more enjoyable. The service was top-notch with the staff going above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the tropical pool and all the outdoor garden furniture, which allowed us to relax and unwind in the beautiful surroundings.

Had a great time at this charming motel near the water. the recently remodeled rooms were bright and clean, with comfortable beds. the swimming pool was inviting and refreshing, perfect for a morning dip. the location was ideal, with plenty of parking and just a short walk to the lighthouse and old town. Great internet and TV selections too.

The lack of breakfast was a bit disappointing, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby. the windows in the room let in a lot of light during the day, but at night the room was quite dark.

The King Suite was spacious and comfortable, with direct access to the pool and marina. The restaurant served delicious food and the bar had great happy hour specials. The location was convenient and close to downtown attractions. I highly recommend this resort.

The staff were very helpful & kind. the restaurant had fantastic food and the live music was great. the location of the hotel was perfect, with key attractions and restaurants within walking distance.

I had a great stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and updated, providing enhanced comfort and quality. The shower was absolutely beautiful, and the bed was perfectly comfortable. I enjoyed the view of the pool from my room, and the easy walk to the marina and restaurant was a plus. The hotel staff provided excellent service, and the food at the restaurant was terrific. I also appreciated the convenient shuttle service to the concert, which made my experience even more enjoyable. the location, amenities, and quality of service at this hotel were top-notch.
