We recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Alice Springs and had a wonderful experience. The location of this place is great, with easy access to the city center but still far enough for some peace and quiet. The facilities are well maintained and attractive, with clean and abnormally large rooms. We particularly loved the fabulous view of the range from our room. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful, ensuring that our needs were met promptly. The hotel offers a range of services such as room service, dry cleaning, and bicycle hire, making our stay even more convenient.

The bar lacked any atmosphere, but the restaurant made up for it with its good food. we would highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

My stay at the DoubleTree was wonderful. Upon arrival, I was greeted with warm cookies, which was a delightful touch. The staff was friendly and accommodating, changing our room to better suit our needs. They even checked in with us later to ensure our satisfaction. The room itself was immaculately clean and extremely comfortable. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. I highly recommend it for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location, just on the outskirts of town, was perfect. It was so peaceful and quiet, and we loved being right beside the beautiful golf course. The service was exceptional, from the friendly and helpful staff at reception to the attentive and efficient restaurant staff. We would like to give special thanks to Melanie at reception for her warm welcome and willingness to assist us with any request. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a sitting area, mini-bar, and in-room safe. The hotel also had great facilities, including a spa & wellness center, heated swimming pool, and a fitness center. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The breakfast and dinner served at the hotel were both excellent, with a good variety of options to choose from. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making the stay more enjoyable. the hotel had a great location, close to many of the attractions we wanted to see, making it easy to get around and explore. We also appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport, saving us the hassle of having to arrange our own transportation.

The room was quite small and outdated, with some of the fixtures in need of repair. the pool area was also quite crowded, with not enough seating available during peak times.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The lobby and restaurants are very big and spacious. The pool area is of decent size. The restaurants served excellent meals and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance of a casino and the communication from the staff was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.
