As women traveling alone, we felt safe and comfortable at the hotel. The staff at reception were great and made us feel welcome. The pool area and foyer were very inviting, giving the hotel a first-class resort feel. The rooms had excellent facilities and the bed was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the lovely pool and the stunning view. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel had great amenities.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Cairns and had a great experience. The location was perfect, with all the attractions within walking distance and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The service was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast offered a variety of options. The view from the hotel was also stunning, overlooking the ocean. the hotel had great facilities, including a spa and a pool.

My partner and I had an amazing romantic escape at this hotel. the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised with the two complementary cocktails that were waiting for us upon check-in. the top floor room had stunning views and a spacious layout that made us feel like royalty. the location was ideal, allowing us to easily explore all the nearby attractions. We also enjoyed the pool area and the comfortable lounge chairs.

We expected more variety and higher quality for the price. we were not thrilled with the outdated decor in the room and the slightly worn carpets.

This hotel has a great location, right on the seafront. Guests can enjoy stunning views of the water and watch boats coming and going from the balcony. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with some having a king size bed. The pool is a good size and there are a variety of pools, including lap, beach and spa pools.

The room at Crystalbrook Riley was spacious and comfortable, providing a luxurious stay. I loved that everything could be ordered through a tablet, including complimentary items like extra towels and coffee pods. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with great access to nearby attractions. The pools were a highlight, offering a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Waking up to a breathtaking ocean view from our spacious room was a luxurious experience, with a balcony providing ultimate relaxation. the staff's excellent service, from housekeeping to the restaurant, was noteworthy. We had easy access to restaurants, food courts, night markets, and the pier, making the hotel's location advantageous. the restaurant food was great, and we even used the Hotel's travel desk to book a tour.

The Hotel charged for internet service, while we had our own, but the lobby provided the service as well as printing. It cost about a 20$ ride to the airport, which was relatively close.
